Industries, Inc. (PMI), was founded on November 11th, 1989 by
Dr. Ashok (Ash) K. Gorwara, to take advantage of the growing demand in
monolithic
based products
using Hybrid MIC/MMIC technology.
PMI offers its unique DC
to 40 GHz products for applications in space,
military, communications, telecommunications and
consumer
electronics.
PMI's staff of experienced
project engineers and program managers are integrating the latest
DC to 40 GHz Hybrid
Microwave Monolithic Integrated Circuits (HMMIC) into receiver
front-end components
such as Successive Detection
Logarithmic
Amplifiers (SDLVA), Log RF/IF Log Amplifiers, Threshold Detectors, Phase Shifters,
Limiters, Diode Detectors/Limiter Detectors, Directional
Detectors, Bi-Phase Modulators, I&Q Vector
Modulators/Detectors, Directional Detectors,
Power Dividers (Inphase & Quadrature), Linear Amplifier Detectors,
High Speed Video Buffer
Amplifiers, High
Speed TTL/ECL Converters, High Speed
ECL/TTL Converters, High Dynamic Range Receiver Front Ends/IFM
and
Channelized
Subsystems, Frequency/Polar Discriminators, High Power
Amplifiers, Monopulse Comparators, Image
Reject & Balanced
Mixers, Frequency Synthesizers and Frequency Discriminators, to produce
