ADA-506F-30 OPTIONS TSS61,LM is a 5.4 to 5.9 GHz, DC coupled,
temperature compensated linear amplifier detector module with
8nS rise time and 10nS fall time. This unit operates on +15 VDC @ 200 mA and -15VDC @ 80 mA and measures 2.50 x 2.90 x
0.50 with SMA female connectors.
