PMI Model DD-20-218-5PF-1-N Option M is a High Speed, High Sensitivity, Diode-Detector. No bias is required, it offers excellent temperature stability and a response time of less than 5 nS. It is available in two sizes, Style #1 is: 0.5 X 0.5 X 0.22 inches and Style #2 is: 1.0 X 1.0 X 0.4 inches.
